His areas of practice include Societies, RWAs, MWAs, Schools, Colleges, Clubs, and NGOs under the Haryana Society Registration Act, 2012, Societies Registration Act, 1860, and applicable State Society Acts of Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and new society registrations, NGO and Trust formation, and SME registrations.
We specialize in society-related cases, as well as drafting Indian and international contracts, including MOUs, agreements, and other legal documents.
